ADCC ITALY IRON MEN  

The ADCC Italy Iron Men is an international tournement of Submission Fighting for four or eight athlets, with the following criteria:

• no direct elimination but an harder formula adopting poule (for this reason the name "Iron Men" was chosen);

• the winner receives money prize;

• the athlets are selected ADCC Italy through Curricula and Palmares; 

• both italian and foreign athlets can ask to be selected to fight.

The tournement is organized by ADCC Italy during the  season, as Fighting Night or hosted inside other Ring Sport or MMA events
